We at KEEN are happy to introduce you to the newest member of the KEEN family, Megan (she/her) who will be joining our KEEN National Committee.

Megan will be joining us as the Committee Chair and she had this to say about why she’s joining us:

“Being someone who has grown up with a disability, inclusion of disabled people within all areas of society is very important to me. Society has come along way over the years, but there are still many barriers that need to be overcome in order for society to become fully inclusive. Through working for KEEN I hope to provide a planform to encourage the lived experiences of disabled people to increasingly heard, and further be used to shape a more inclusive society going forward.”

As you can imagine, we are super excited to have someone as passionate and knowledgeable as Megan on board. Keep your eyes open to see all the difference that Megan and the rest of the KEEN National Committee this year!

We still have some positions open on the KEEN National Committee, if you’d like to get involved yourself you can find find more here.
