What skills and experiences do I need?
While these roles are great learning experiences, they are senior roles within the KEEN volunteer team. As a result, applicants will generally be able to demonstrate some relevant skills and prior experience, such as a previous committee or leadership position. However, the most important thing we’re looking for is a strong commitment to promoting inclusivity across the UK and a desire to make a difference, so if you’re interested please apply!
What does the application process involve?
The first step is to fill in the application form for the position you want to apply for below.
Next, we’ll be in touch to progress your application, likely through an informal interview. Don’t worry about this step - it will just involve a conversation about your motivations for applying and what you think you can bring to the role.
If the interview goes well, you’ll be offered the role and join KEEN’s National Committee!
